Our Founder
Aisha Bell Robinson, BC-DMT, LCPC is a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. With almost two decades of experience, Aisha has served as an executive leader, mentor, clinician, and consultant. She is a published author, has presented nationally and internationally on topics including: social-emotional learning, mental health, multicultural competence, ethical practice, management, and stress, and has guided companies through substantial growth. She has supported organizations across the country on their equity journeys, and has participated on boards and committees nationally committed to equity, social justice, and wellness. Aisha also currently serves as the Co-Editor in Chief for the American Journal of Dance Therapy; a peer reviewed research journal publishing national and international voices in the field.
Aisha's clinical and research foci include youth and families, and topics related to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. She founded Bella Consulting with equity, community, and embodiment in mind.
